What is MarshVegas Lax?

MarshVegas Lax is a lacrosse program designed to provide high-quality training and competitive opportunities for players of all skill levels. Our goal is to develop players’ skills, teamwork, and love for the game in a supportive and fun environment.

 

Should I join MarshVegas Lax with my club or instead of my club?

MarshVegas Lax is designed to supplement and be a bridge between those who want to play more than town youth lacrosse and those that compete in one of the bigger clubs.  The goal is to complement your club experience, not replace it. Here’s how it can fit in:

 

• In addition to your Club: You may participate in MarshVegas Lacrosse Club in addition to your current club.  Many players may do this to get additional training and competitive play. This can enhance your overall development and provide more opportunities to play.  However, it is an added cost and an added time commitment, so it is always best to weigh the costs and benefits of this.  You will likely get more offerings and opportunities from your current club because you pay for more offerings and opportunities. 

 

• Instead of Your Club: If you’re looking for a different experience or additional coaching, MarshVegas Lax can be a great alternative. We offer a comprehensive program that covers all aspects of the game.  As stated above, this is designed to be a bridge for those that  cannot commit to a bigger club, but want more than just the town offering.  The goal is to utilize as much as possible to offer you the best experience and meet your expectations.

When are Practices and Skill Sessions?

As of right now, we are not sure. We have options with all the indoor places around us, but most of the better time slots are taken.  Nonetheless, there is enough left to choose from.  The goal is to make it work around other sports. It won't always be the case, but we will do out best.:

Participants can expect:

 

• Expert Coaching: Our coaches are experienced and passionate about lacrosse, providing personalized instruction to help players improve.

What age groups do you serve?

We offer programs for various age groups, from youth to high school players. Our programming will be catered to the enrollment in certain age groups.  If we have enough players to form a team and enter a tournament, we will explore.  If we do not have enough players in an age group, we may expand on skills.  Should we look to enter a tournament, we may allow Free Agents to sign up for that weekend. 

 

What is the cost of the program?

The cost of the program is $1,899 for boys and girls Lacrosse.  "Free Agent" costs will vary depending on the tournament, if applicable

 

What equipment do I need?

Equipment will vary depending on Girls Vs Boys

• Boys Players are required to have their own lacrosse stick, helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, arm pads, and mouthguard. Cleats are also recommended for outdoor play.

• Girls Players are required to have their own Lacrosse Stick, Goggles and mouthguard. Cleats are also recommended for outdoor play. 

 

How do I register?

You can register online through our website. Visit the registration page, fill out the necessary information, and submit your payment to secure your spot.  Payment plans are offered.
